Refund policy

We will not provide refund or exchange due to change of mind or because the product was not what was expected. We only provide refund or replacement for factory defect within 7 days of receipt, and wrong item delivery.

Within 7 days from receipt, you may bring items for return to:

Please take note that the following items were not included in the warranty.

            Tin Can – Dents and Scratch occurred during transit.

            Metal Caps

NOTE: Please check all the item before receiving. Do not receive if the item is not complete or obviously damage. If the delivery is incomplete, please call us immediately before allowing the delivery rider to leave. We will not be responsible for the shipping fee for incomplete items discovered after receiving the item from delivery.

Disclaimer:

            Tin Can – Please take note that tin cans are highly fragile in nature. There are high tendency of dent and scratch during transport. As such, the buyer agrees to assume all risk and responsibility for any damage on the tin can during transport. If buyer is very particular to dent and scratch, please do not buy this product.

            Glass Jar – Please take note that glass jar is highly fragile in nature. There are tendency of damage or breakage of item. Buyer are advice to check the product within 7 days from receiving the item. Please report any damage within 7 days by submitting a picture with Order Number via Email to foodpackagingmall@gmail.com. Our company will reserve the right to either send you a replacement or refund you the prorated value of the damage item.

            Metal Caps – Lug and Twist Closures are metal caps with a non-continuous threading system. These threads are called “LUGS”. These caps only require a ¼ to ½ turn and are ideal for hot bath processing and pressure canning. These caps are lines with Plastisol. Plastisol is a solid material that becomes liquid when heated properly and forms around the landing of the container. As the jar and cap cool, it begins to cure, or solidifies, which then create a tight vacuum seal. When removed, a plastisol cap makes a “Schlurr-pop” sound, which indicates a proper seal was achieved. Note: closing it with excessive force will lead to damage cap.
